 What countries do we deliver to?

At the moment, we deliver within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Shortly, we plan on serving countries in the European regions as well. Please stay tuned. 

What countries do we ship from?

To ensure that delivery distances are optimized, we are currently able to fulfill and ship from the USA, Mexico, Australia and Canada.

 I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-9 days to fulfill the order after which it will be shipped. Currently, average shipping times are 5-8 days in the US. In AUS, UK, CA and NZ - there may be some delays in shipping due to Covid-19 and other supply chain problems. We appreciate your patience. Tracking numbers, along with delivery estimates, will be updated after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after you get a notification about shipment, please contact us at customercare@speakingmug.com.

 What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
You should be able to switch the currency to local currency at the bottom of the web-site which has a currency selector.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can, but you must cancel it before it is fulfilled (usually a few days after the order has been placed). Please reach out to us as soon as possible at customercare@speakingmug.com if you need to cancel your order.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at customercare@speakingmug.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
