Speaking Mug Return Policy

 

How can I get refund or exchanges?

Currently, we do not accept exchanges or refunds. Please review and confirm (and re-confirm) items' description and photos before placing your order. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. If you like to return a product i) without any defect or ii) due to a wrong size being ordered or iii) for a buyer's remorse, unfortunately, we won't be able to assist you.

 I have one of the following problems. How do I get started with returns?

  • Incorrect size t-shirt or mug was delivered.
  • Incorrect color t-shirt or mug was delivered.
  • misprinted/damaged/defective order was delivered (holes, color overflows, wears and tears, broken mug handles etc.)

Send an email to customercare@speakingmug.com with as much detail as possible (please include pictures of the problem areas) within 3 days of receiving the delivery. We will submit a problem report with our printing vendor.

My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?

Send an email to customercare@speakingmug.com with as much detail as possible.

In the rare event of packages getting lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Stay worry-free if this happens as we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

What happens if my package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the order it yet to be received, unfortunately, we won't cover the cost of reshipping the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. Currently, we're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!

 My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the end customer. Speaking Mug will receive a notice once the order arrives back to the printing facility. We will then contact you to determine how you'd would like to proceed and contact us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by a customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
